I don't know if these games set us up to win vs. Wake but they'll make a big difference in how we can leverage that win... We don't need a one-off wtf win in another bad season; we need a win that is (and looks like) a reflection of serious progress. Maryland notwithstanding (what an unfortunate bit of scheduling), this team looks a lot better to me. The eyes are happy. Time to get some results to match.
Coach speak, the next game is the biggest game. But it's not the biggest game of the year for them. Their most important realistic goal is a conference championship. Neither winning nor losing Saturday puts them closer or further away from that.
That dirty Dog, er um Bull, trying switch things up with his dastardly wordsCoach speak, the next game is the biggest game.
Yup, just my point. Empty words that aren't close to being true.Coach speak, the next game is the biggest game.
True, I'm just saying beating wake to get to 5-2 is way better than beating wake to get to 3-4.I think its more that if we're going to progress to beat wake then we will beat our next two opponents as a matter of being good enough to beat wake.
2 of em. The Bulls had Khalil Mack. Wardes previous school.Didn’t one of our coaches get fired after one Buffalo game about 7 years ago?
