Liam was hurt to start the season, I'm sure they were easing him back in and suffered an illness on Friday and didn't play. And his minutes were trending upwards the last few games.I realize it’s very early in the season, but is there any cause for concern over Liam McNeeley’s PT?
With LaMelo Ball out, Kon Knueppel (32.4 mpg, 16.6 ppg, 6.4 rpg, 2.8 apg) seems to be taking over the Hornets’ offense. Liam, by contrast, is averaging 12.5 mpg, 4.1 ppg, 1.9 rpg, 1.2 apg.
I’d like to see more UConn “presence” in the NBA, besides Steph and, hopefully, DC.
Let's see how his minutes progress throughout the season. If he is still averaging less then 15 minutes per game come January, then there might be some cause for concern. I think he is just a very young player still trying to find his footing. Remember he is only 20.
