Bottom 3rd, leadoff hitter Garbowski reaches 1B on an error. A double play ends the inning, so the UConn offense has a scoreless inning, game tied at 3.

I would guess if UConn ends up losing this game, that Van Emon would get the start tomorrow. As always, we'll see what happens.

Van Emon, Quinn, and then fill in the gaps as we can, I’d guess

ump is very generous to them with the low and away ball

edit.. and apparently the inside. What's this dudes deal? Do we just have a bad camera angle?

And just now inside to a right handed batter

Bottom 4th, the UConn offense goes down in order, game tied at 3.

Ellison keeping them off balance.

Assume that we have Quinn for a few.

Top 5th, Ellisen retires the side in order, game tied at 3.

Nice to see Ellisen doing well again after having a tough time for most of the season.
I always felt Ellisen has a lot of potential.

2 and 2/3 effective is already way more than Ellison gave us at any point this year. If he can give us one more inning, and we can get one run in the 5th or 6th, we can try to close it with Quinn and Afthim.

Bottom 5th, Morton with a leadoff double, but he is stranded. Game tied at 3.
