UConn and 2017 AAC Baseball Tournament (Schedule Change)

3rd inning, 1-2-3 inning for Feole, who has thrown 30 pitches so far. Feole may be the most efficient starter UConn has had in a while.

Cumbie perfect through 3 innings. The pitchers keep this up and it is going to be a very quick game.

The offense doesn't have much to show for it but aside from Feldstein and Susi I like the approach they've taken

Offense has been brutal so far, although this is by far the best pitcher we have seen in a while.

Feole deserved to get out of that. Hill is now killing us with his glove as well.

Houston scores a run off an error by Hill. Feole then gets out of it. 1-0 Houston going to bottom of 4th.

Cumbie threw 25 pitches in the first. Only 30 in his last 3 innings. This offense is a roller coaster ride

If we lose 1-0 because Hill cannot execute a flip to second, i will be very sad.

Right, we become undisciplined and make it way too easy for opposing pitcher.

Well unfortunately that's probably game. Time to see what our bullpen arms have against a NCAA playoff team caliber team can do

4-0, and Houston still at bat with 1 out in the 5th. Feole is coming out, Nepiarsky coming in.

He really let the previous inning -- which he should have escaped unscathed -- get to him. Hopefully he redeems himself in our regional.

First 3 innin and first time through the lineup. Only 27 pitches. What good offensive teams do is they then work the pitcher and make him throw strikes, not swing at pitches way out of the strike zone. Houston is a good offensive team.

They're a well coached team
