Way to win the first coin toss so far... (1-3). Good sign!!
 
Oh well... Chris Jones/WHUS is ahead of stream. Was hoping to get lucky today and get best of both worlds.

Bottom 1st, 1-2-3 inning for Cumbie, but he does throw 20 pitches, half of them to Toppa.
 
Top 2nd, lead off walk is erased on a double play started by Yahn. No score going to bottom 2nd.
 
3rd inning, 1-2-3 inning for Feole, who has thrown 30 pitches so far. Feole may be the most efficient starter UConn has had in a while.
 
Cumbie perfect through 3 innings. The pitchers keep this up and it is going to be a very quick game.
 
The offense doesn't have much to show for it but aside from Feldstein and Susi I like the approach they've taken
 
Offense has been brutal so far, although this is by far the best pitcher we have seen in a while.
