UConn and 2017 AAC Baseball Tournament (Schedule Change)

This is why I had reservations about a bullpen day...fortunately our relievers were better than UCF's kid.

I would not be surprised if multiple AAC teams win regionals. The offense some of these teams have is impressive, and unlike the BYU's of the world, they have the pitching to match.

I love UCF's offense. They barrel up almost every single pitch. Very little weak contact is made.

So after Day 1 (Tuesday):

Elimination Game #1:
#7 Memphis vs #6 Cincy Wednesday @ 0900

Elimination Game #2:
#5 Tulane vs #1 UCF Wednesday @ noon-ish.

.-.
Crazy game. 14-10 Cincy in the bottom of the 7th.

They just announced that the UCF/Tulane game scheduled for noon as been cancelled and moved to 11:00a tomorrow due to weather coming fast.

Any word on what it'll do to tomorrow's games yet, if it'll effect them at all?

Haven't seen anything. The other games are scheduled for 3 and 7 so I'm not sure they would be impacted (guess they could bounce them a bit earlier if they really wanted to flow back to back)

Bases loaded bottom of 9th w/ 1 out for Memphis down 14-11. Pitching change.

Single through the left brings 2 home. 14-13.

Next batter singles - 14-14. Men on corners one out.
