D1Baseball ia saying he didn't make trip to Clearwater? No mention during game today - Nobody missed head coach wasn't there?

You're right that they didn't mention it during the game...because they mentioned it just before the first pitch. They said he didn't make the trip due to personal issues, but UC was in good hands with their Assistant Coach...

I was only able to listen to about 15 minutes of the game since I was at work, but Chris Jones mentioned it on WHUS during the part I did hear. Said that the Cincy coach was not able to make the trip, and that the assistants were running the team.

This is why I had reservations about a bullpen day...fortunately our relievers were better than UCF's kid.

I would not be surprised if multiple AAC teams win regionals. The offense some of these teams have is impressive, and unlike the BYU's of the world, they have the pitching to match.

I love UCF's offense. They barrel up almost every single pitch. Very little weak contact is made.
