“Ride Wurster to the finish line” yikes I love Caleb but that makes me nervous. When he gets tired he burns out quickly. Maybe just have Reggie ready to go.

Problem is, with Crawford at 1B, it can be difficult for him to get him warm up time.

Riding Wurster to the finish line reminds me of some of Pat Ruotolo's outings with the Huskies.

Wurster will see time. Penders is not going to spend time with relievers he does not trust in this one unless they get a huge lead. And even then, you never know.

In past post season tournaments, when the UConn closer comes in early, he never leaves until the game is done for good or bad. Remember that when thinking about Crawford possibly coming in. And it isn't as if Crawford has a ton of pitching experience as well.
