Tre Mitchell in the transfer portal

Dig deeper bro. This has nothing to do with Tre Mitchell's ability. (I agree that he would see plenty of time at UConn) My guess is he ends up somewhere with a reputation. Ya know what i am sayin? ;)

and if you go by this guy, he is 16th: (shout out to Josh by the way)

This list is a joke, must be outdated or something. Sorry u r chick in u r pic immediately loses credibility to!
I actually just took a real look at it, does this guy actually watch college basketball?? Got to be a very outdated list, only defense for him I can think of

Tre to UConn only becomes interesting if Dan Hurley sees a fit. Tre wants PT.. I think Dan Hurley really likes the potential of AA/AS/SJ/RS and is not sure he can provide Tre with the PT he's looking for. Not to mention if IW returns,

Does not mean Tre cannot flourish on the right team.

I'd love to get Tre, but I doubt he views UConn as an attractive option because of the front-court guys we have already.

Akok, Sanogo, Whaley (potentially), and Johnson/Springs are a lot to compete with.

Just bumping this here for no particular reason. Oh yeah, the mom has a go fund me to replace personal items lost in a house fire last month "that insurance won't pay for."

Anyone have a list of schools that have reached out to him? I haven’t seen much about his transfer on social media

This whole saga smacks of adults trading on the ability of a kid for their own personal gain and we can only hope he finds the inner strength to make the right choice for HIS future.

The history of his career so far is not what it should have been for so talented a player. First he got influenced to go to UMass because of her boyfriend, then the boyfriend gets pushed out after two years so he enters the portal. What's next? Hopefully it's her realizing her son should be her focus and not what's best for her boyfriend.

Tre sounds like he'd pair nicely with AS, because Tre's future is not as a center. He shoots well from three, finishes around the rim and passes and rebounds well. Those who think we should pass on him because of playing time haven't watched him play and are making way too positive assumptions about AA's health, RS's development and SJ's ability to step in and perform at a high level as a freshman.

Unless, of course, we find a better power forward..................

Who do you want to have Bergeron replace on our staff? the kid entered the portal before they dumped Bergeron.

We rarely think someone we don't have a chance of getting would really help us.

Just two of the possibilities here:
The "family" knew Bergeron was going to be replaced.
Or, once he announced he's leaving, McCall figured he didn't need Bergeron any more and it was time to look for another package deal.
