Stop pretending that you don't know that new transfer rules (no sitting for fist time transfer) which have been publicly endorsed by the P5 conferences are scheduled to be voted on ( rubber stamped) by NCAA board of governors in April.
Stop pretending it’s a done deal. It’s not.

unfortunately "team chemistry" is going to become far more difficult to develop with ever the changing rosters...........

Please provide a link to anything that gives credence to these "new transfer rules". There must be many reports from reliable sources if the vote is/was planned next month. Heck, there should have been at least 5 BY threads citing these news stories.
Seriously where you been.
There was a BY thread started by me.

I refer you to my previous post on the matter
The Big 10 & ACC are not the NCAA. More importantly, the vast majority of D1 coaches in football & basketball are dead set against this change. Don’t be surprised if the NCAA tables this issue.

Where are you reading this? There will be no tabling the item is on the agenda for a vote at the April meeting.

You clearly believe this is going to happen. I don’t. Let’s just see how it comes out.

BTW when did you get so down on Owens?

Appreciate the detailed analysis. But let’s say that rather than offering the top 3 posts in the Class of 2019, UConn offered 2 of the top 3 + Owens as kind of a safety net. Owens was likely a lock and certainly would be a better player in the long run than either Kyla or Touly.

I'm not sure I understand all that but you are also ignoring this thread I started.
You got me with this one!!! I don't believe that I ignored it but, well, it was a month ago and a few noteworthy things have been posted about since then. :)
Again, thanks for refreshing my memory.

Princeton like the other Ivy League schools only provide scholarships based on Financial Need. They don't award athletic scholarships.
There’s no official athletic scholarships but most players get total or partial academic scholarships.

Hmmm interesting, this is a bit of surprise

now she's a player UConn should be interested in........6'5" with a good inside skill set............#5 rated player ESPN 2018.......averaged 10 point and 8 rebounds per game in 23 minutes...........a bit inconsistent but would surely benefit from UConn coaching...............an additional strong inside presence.........

That should be pretty clear. After she turned out to be a bust at MD for 2 years.

Coco, I know you like to dig down and throw BY’ers old posts back at them. I know you think it’s clever. I think it’s chicken-x.

We all share our opinions here and sometimes we change them. I don’t have the time or interest to go back and sort through every one of your posts searching for a contradiction. But since you appear to have a lot of time on your hands, go back last year, when UConn really needed some frontcourt depth, and take a look at some of your less than enthusiastic posts about Evelyn.

Then please explain why you took diametrically opposed views on Evelyn who had demonstrated an ability to succeed at the D1 level and Owens who has yet to do so.

Especially seeing all the love that the polls and ESPN gave the Twerps this season.

I was replying to a post concerning a transfer from MD.
