Not going to survive, she will get another year of paychecks and will be let go
 
Ladazhia Williams to LSU supposedly.

LSU supposedly has a few transfers committed but aren’t making an announcement yet.

Technically, she wouldn't be following her sister to Iowa State as Addy can't sign her LOI until November, and wouldn't be part of the Iowa State roster until 2023-24.

Except she fancies herself a stretch 4...only she can't hit the 3. Does not want to play the 5, wasn't thrilled at being forced to do it this year when Jones got hurt.

Sounds like she should go to Arkansas and launch a bunch of 3s like one of their 6’5 players does :rolleyes:

I noticed that too with the Ark player. She puts in all her bios “6’5” Guard” as if she has to announce she is not a forward/center. I think everyone wants to be Breanna Stewart’s and Ellena Delle Donne. Doesn’t work out if they can’t even dribble or shoot might as well be well rounded. Sucks for the kids that their advisors dog on being a post player and it doesn’t pan out. Hope they’re open minded!

This brings the roster down to 11 Including 4 incoming Frosh. Prince, Rogers, and Paopao remain the core veterans. Kyei, Hurst, and Pinto logged a lot of minutes. Not sure about Hosendove future. Lots of PT available for incoming frosh.
Not super surprised at Bigby transfer. Least amount of PT on team. Maybe better fit at non-Pac 12.
Not sure if other shoes will drop but I’m guessing Graves wants a roster of 12 at least so will be shopping the portal.

Jersey Wolfenbarger is a very talented player and can actually handle the ball well for a kid her size. But… she isn’t at that point in her development where she should be shooting as many 3s and handling the ball like guard. But that is Neighbors wide open offense for ya. I think that was a pretty giant thing in her recruitment. I recall it being between Baylor and Arkansas but we all know Kim would never allow her to play that free.

Unreal with the amount of players leaving Minnesota. But with Coach Whalen being relatively new at coaching, whatever is going on, she is going to catch the heat.

She could play with Peoples (from ND) and they both could go with Morrow (who led the country in rebounding). Blackwell was 2nd in the country.

But I’ve always thought of Louisville as well, but we shall see…

Bad move if she is toast, She has a good recruiting class coming in. Nothing is going on in Minnesota that's not going on in other top programs. Must admit Scalia transfer caught us by surprise. I'm sure she caught wind of the mass exodus and wanted no parts of a rebuild with a freshman class. I think her leaving was a WNBA move. Interested in seeing where she lands.

She likes for her family to be able to watch her play so somewhere not far from St. Louis may be her destination.

However, I could most definitely see Louisville getting her.

So far, Buffalo's two freshman have now transferred to Syracuse. I wonder if Fair is not far behind.

Or if she wants to go to another smaller school, she’d thrive at MSU in the Valley under Beth Cunningham.

I believe DePaul was in her top 3 or 5 out of high school.
