Tiger's US Open win at Pebble and Secretariat's Derby are probably the 2 most dominant single event championship victories for which I have been alive.

Others?

Villanueva said investigators would need to come up with probable cause and get a search warrant to test any blood drawn from Woods at the hospital.

They guys legs were crushed and he likely had a concussion. Not sure how the police can just say it’s all good with a crazy crash in sunny weather with a guy who has a prior DUI. Maybe this is standard protocol but I feel like if this was average Joe they’d be testing his blood.

My number is wrong? Or I’m morally wrong for proposing the question?
You are a jackarse for your comment... and apparently wrong based on reports. I understand he’s a celebrity but he’s also a human. It’s just like some of the disgusting thing ppl say here about our players. Everyone is holier than thou (and yes I know that my post sounds that way too)

It also helps if the driver is in great physical condition. An athlete vs a couch potato are 2 different species. More importantly one has a chance for a quicker recovery than the other. That Genesis however I was telling a fellow golf buddie has good safety features, and was one of the better vehicles to be involved in that type of crash.
Police said the accident at that speed and number of rolls is fatal 90% of the time. Apparently struck median and flew over the oncoming lane. The car saved him. Genesis going to sell a few of these at that price.

19 years ago, when I lived in CT, I totaled my car as I fell asleep at the wheel. Took out guardrails, that if not there, I would be dead. I didn't get a ticket or have to take a breathalyzer. My insurance took care of the damage.

SUV’s hit curbs and flip, happened to my daughter and her friends who were suspended uninjured from their seat belts.

So true, apparently this thing has an airbag that came up from the console between the driver and passenger seats. His upper body was literally surrounded by airbags. I have never heard of an airbag there before.

They have no right to draw his blood without his consent, he wasn't under arrest for anything.

It is easy to say Tiger is the best because that’s what is in front of you right now and what you’ve been fed for the last 20 years. But Jack’s record in the majors is FAR ahead of Tiger when you incorporate 2nd place finishes, Top 5s AND include his competition. Palmer, Player, Watson and Trevino ALL have more majors than any of Tiger’s cohorts. It really isn’t even close.

You can say that Tiger did more for the modern day game than Jack did in terms of awareness, prize money, etc. But Jack’s record is pretty much hands down better. His contemporaries were FAR greater than Tiger had to face and he still has more majors, dramatically more 2nds, top 5s, top 10s, etc.
Well, there are two ways to look at it. Your way that the competition was greater, or another way: If Jack wasn't on, there were only a handful of players that were good enough to win a major. Now you have 12+ guys good enough to win majors so the numbers get spread out more. I watched both eras and would kind of split the difference. When Tiger came on, there wasn't a lot of strong competition, but as he elevated the sport, far more excellent players flooded the game, golfers took conditioning and practice more seriously, and it became harder for anyone, including Tiger, to win a major.

I have to go with Jack as the GOAT based on numbers and longevity, but I can concede at his peak, Tiger was the best golfer we've ever seen.

He’s lucky they finally got the GV80 to the marketplace. I was was waiting since April and finally gave up and got another suv

Hospital I’m sure drew his blood as part of medical procedure. Not sure if cops can use that without a warrant in CA

Hospital is a different thing, if the cops don't arrest you on the scene and it doesn't seem like they had reason to considering he didn't injure anyone else and didn't show signs of impairment they can't take your blood and or breathalyze you without your consent.

We waited quite a while for our Telluride also.

Any blood or medical information found at the hospital cannot be used against him because there was no arrest or probable cause. He was clear and lucid at the scene with no suspicious activity.

All the professionals on the scene determined no reason to suspect any extraordinary circumstances.

He's lucky to be alive and be able to move on with his life.

Need to focus your energies towards other things.

I don’t give a flying Mandeldove about golf, but it’s interesting to see how much Tiger Woods really brings out a lot of hate.

Serious question as someone who doesn’t follow golf at all, are there specific reasons why so many ppl hate him (beyond him challenging records etc)?

Sometimes the BY acts like hysterical paparazzi about certain people without cutting them any slack.

I wonder if they would act differently if this had been their son or daughter/close family friend??

It was a fair comment. I don't believe early "reports" when it comes to celebrity car crashes. See S. Dakota.

You just posted an article from one of the most wretched racist human beings who still walks amongst us, well done!
I don’t like Mushnick and think he is pretty nasty, but this is a bit over the top. It ignores entire States for heaven sakes. But yes, he is a creep.

I’ll check with you next time I consider posting anything that is remotely distasteful. I guess I just have thicker skin than most. If I ever crash my car, feel free to start a pool for how many drinks I had, whether or not I was texting, etc.

It's not 20 years ago, Kia and Hyundai make great cars. One of the best ways to rip yourself off is being a badge hoe.
Kids, Hyundai and the like are simply copycats. They do not innovate.
BMW, Mercedes, Audi truly innovate and develop new technology. I have features on my vehicles for years that these copycats are just now getting.
BMW and Mercedes have the rep that they have for a reason. It's not being a badge hoe.
