Meanwhile, Florida trails (2-3) Marshall by 8 at the half. Blackshear got into foul trouble again. When he doesn't play, they look lost on the court.

Creighton with big win over TT 83-76 in OT.

Big East had a good night. Other than Providence, but someone has to be the East Carolina of the Big East.

Too much is happening it’s crazy. I can’t keep up or understand the meaning of all of this. One night a team is great and then another they lose a questionable game. Field is wide open. Michigan is a top 5 team and they’ll leap from unranked to 3

Forgot to mention the sighting of Emmett Matthews on WVU. Showing he should be a nice 4 year player for Huggy. 10 & 5 average and I think I saw 45.5% from 3. Was 3 for 5 a couple nights ago in a nice holiday tourney win

Georgetown is struggling against UNC Greensboro on FS2. Akinjo's shot selection makes Gilbert's look thoughtful and patient.

Georgetown and Providence really killing the Big East so far this year. Was hoping Ewing could translate his NBA legend status to get GTOWN back on the map ala Penny and Memphis but not seeing it so far. Thankfully DePaul, Butler, and Creighton have some good wins and are better. Will be interesting to see how Marquette does against Maryland tomorrow. The top 3 (Seton Hall, Villanova, Xavier) need to win some of their big non conference games remaining because they fell on their face in their first opportunities.

And like SJ, I'm not a fan of Akinjo's game at all. Some people bring him up and say Man I wish we had him. Sorry, he has some flaws and isn't good enough to overcome the cost of trying to keep him (another year of Ollie.) Now Kofi and Precious? Those are the fish I wish we caught. Really liking the players Hurley is identifying and landing. Even the ones we don't land are studs which shows he's on the right track.

People here have raved about him in the past, I don't like his game.

Are you referring to yourself when you say “people”?...

Richmond is far from a mid A-10 team but anytime BCU loses is a wonderful thing

They were projected to finish about 7th in a 14 team league. They’re the definition of mid A10.

UNLV pressing Cinci looks somewhat effective as UNLV is up by 4 with 6 left in the 1st half

In the Emerald Coast Classic...

FSU beat #17 Tennessee....Tennessee beat #20 VCU in consolation game...

FSU & Purdue playing now in championship game...

Georgetown is struggling against UNC Greensboro on FS2. Akinjo's shot selection makes Gilbert's look thoughtful and patient.
To be fair, UNC Greensboro is not a bad team at all, one of the better and possibly one of the best midmajors in the country last year at 28-6.

Cinci going to OT again! For their 3rd straight game this time against UNLV

Cinci saved in OT on a blocking foul and reach in foul on UNLV. Both which I thought were questionable but the quality of the stream on my phone wasn’t great. They do have a tough December schedule

FSU defeats Purdue to win Emerald Coast Classic.

Two good wins over Tennessee and Purdue (Purdue beat VCU and then Tennessee beat VCU)...FSU might sneak towards the 25 rank...VCU should. drop out
