call me a spoiled fan or whatever but i can't even stand watching this mess of a team.
I just watch samuel not box out 2 plays in a row and usf gets to offensive rebounds and put-backs.
Nolan has no freaking clue on the court at all.
no 1 can shoot apparently. 4 pts in 9 minutes against USF???
this team is just bad.
Not sure how they can improve at all going forward.
Sure they play hard on defense most of the time but that should be a given.
Offensively they are lost.so many un forced turnovers and bad shot selection.
i can't even believe what i am seeing this year.

Definitely a disappointing start but we're up 4 at the half. If we can repeat that in the second half, win by 8 on the road and go 2-0 in Florida I'm willing to be satisfied. We just need to string some damn "W's" together right now.

That's harsh. He is saying what he sees. You can be a fan and not be blind to what one sees on the court. UConn should kill this team no doubt. The fact that the game is this close is disconcerting.
 
Stop watching them then. Take the UConn shirt off that you're wearing right now, go buy a UK shirt and jump on the bandwagon. But when we win another ship in the next 3 years, DON'T come back. Posts are getting old bud, learn to watch young people play basketball.

The problem is this isn't his first rodeo.. WeAreUCONN is constantly putting up negative crap.. I've said it before and I'll say it again: he needs to change his screen name cause he def doesn't embody what being a Husky is
 
Holy crap - i missed the first half (at work) and saw the title of the threads and thought "we must be down by 15 or 20 in the 2nd half to ECU".

Come to find out we were up 4 at halftime and stormed out in the 2nd half so it's 40-28. Holy cow - that's why they play 40 minutes. This is a flawed team, but they try hard and sometimes they actually get it, even if it takes a half and then some...

By the way, the OP does have some valid points, but to call the team "embarrassing to watch" in the title begs for a smackdown. Maybe if he'd said "frustrating to watch" it might have been received better...

Color me surprised if he's wearing a shirt. He's definitely wiping the cheetos stains off on his bare chest - and it's uconn that's flat out embarrassing

And what's crazy is that each of these guys is better at basketball than you've ever been at anything in your entire life.
 
We're up 21 on the road, the guys without names on the back of their jerseys are probably going to get a little run, and this thread is at the top of the 'yard.

Maybe some folks need a mandatory waiting period for thread starting.
 
I think we are closer to a diagnosis for you: Your judgment is off by 180° on pretty much everything.
