okay.He's still recovering from the surgery, the hamate bone takes a long time to recover from even after you're "cleared". It takes away basically all your power, and in most cases takes a full season to come back
So by all means let him continue to flail away at the plate. Let him rest in Syracuse. Or Binghamton. He may hit a double or two there.
