Fried Shrimp calc. is too high. Unseasoned Shrimp is actually pretty low. A Google search returns the Denny's Golden Friend Shrimp. 277 is for the serving. Also there is no way that salad is served without dressing. I'd add another pat of butter as well.

The obvious strategy is to cut the steak up into tiny pieces and mash the potato. You gotta chew for an hour so you have to eliminate as many chews as possible and save your energy for your stomach. Also wash down the food throughout the hour, not just in the last 20 minutes. He's close.
