Central time bro she’s there at the crack of brunch lmao

Also @temery you think we could make a chat for this so we don’t waste our post count for the day on this lol

No. You shouldn’t have post count in this thread we should ask him that. We are documenting big Texan history here. It needs to be in one place.

Also now that she’s going Sunday mornings too sheriff is mine. Sorry @superjohn

Looking at the steaks already on the grill before 10:30am, are the odds greater that they're for overnight shift workers, still drunk partiers, or just garden variety fat slobs?

There is no way I could deal with that first one up for breakfast. It's pretty big even for dinner.

Little side bar update since I posted my brisket fat cutting yesterday. I just separated the point To cut for burnt ends the flat is wrapped and holding In a faux Cambro for a few hours before slicing . These burnt ends are about to get a ladle of rendered brisket fat and a little sauce and covered with foil for another hour or so on grill.

The other day she flamed up a big 'un and plopped it into the oil container, I believe that's how they make the au jus there.

Sheriff isn't braided today. She may have had a long night and woke up late.
Extensions or real hair? It would take years to grow that thing out.

I hope that can of Bustelo is simply for holding grease and that you don't actually drink that tar.

I'll grant that Bustelo was a great choice for exam cramming with a side of Sudafed.

Pour over with pinch of fair trade cocoa and demarrara sugar. That’s her jam. I don’t drink coffee. Although I’m the one who ends up doing the pour over 80% of time

What are these people doing between the time the steaks go on the grill and the time they sit down? Does it take that long to process the paperwork? Are there screen tests? Psychological screening?

Using Bustelo for a pourover is certainly out there. Never heard of anyone doing that. Kinda like those old Rolls Royce hood shells people used to put on the VW Beetles.

Red blue or grean - who you got? I'm taking Red.

When I first looked at red, I thought it was Elon from last night. Very similar features. But he's opposite handed.

However, the thought of a practice run, then coming back the next day is an awesome thing to consider.
