Honestly wouldn't be shocked if he landed at Grand Canyon. They seem to love getting players from P5 conference teams that either didn't play much or severely underperformed. He would absolutely dominate a league like the one Central CT is in.
In the numbers game, this makes it more probable Reed, Jr is staying?
Love those break glass in case of emergency type bigs that come here, help the team every day in practice, and then wait their time for those few games when they’re needed (with an absolutely great attitude the whole time). He took advantage of those minutes this year and did everything asked of him but I don’t fault him at all for wanting a bigger role. Good luck to him!
I get it. There’s a ton of value in these guys coming to a big time program, getting the best coaching, and playing against the best competition every day, but ultimately these guys are competitive and want to play. I actually love the transfer portal for guys like Singare and these situations, as much as it is nice as a fan to have a Singare type in the program longer term.In this new world, it'll be rarer than rare the #3 big is in their third year with a program.
