It would look that way from the attached. Add/Drop via Student Administration System closes. Courses added or dropped after this date require additional signatures (see chart). It even sounds like he could go past that day and still enroll at UCONN for the semester based on special permission.

The story came out on Monday, three days ago. He was probably thinking about it for many days before that. There is an urgency, regardless of the technical add/drop rules. If he hasn't chosen us yet, I don't see it happening. The longer things drag out, the worse it usually seems for us. Normally three days is far from dragging things out but, given the timeline, it is an eternity. Something is holding him back.
