Riquna being Riquna. Chucked Canada out of the way on a drive, then whined about the offensive foul call. Right after that on a tie up gave a Storm player a judo flip and got called for a tech. Keep it classy Riquna.

Storm not going away, just cut the lead down to 1.

Terrible finish to Q3 for Seattle. Deficit went from 1 to 9 in a hurry. They couldn't afford that.

Egads. A pair of Wiese 3's has pushed the lead to 17. LA has picked up the defensive intensity and Seattle O is looking inept. Game over.

Wiese looked good in a lot of facets of the game. Some nice outlet passes and good defense. LA is peaking and will be a big problem for the Sun

WNBA is paying for charter flights for the 2 winners of today's games to facilitate quicker travel for Tuesday's games.

I'm really happy to see her carve out a niche this year. She played sparingly in only 11 games the previous year and as they said on the broadcast didn't score a single point.

92-69 final. This one got out of hand. Seattle hung tough for 3 quarters. Well, almost, 6-0 in the final 50 seconds of Q3 hurt. Then they got outscored 25-11 in Q4.

Gray obvious player of the game. Sparks got good contributions from a number of other players. Howard was really good for Seattle. Didn't get enough from the rest of the team. Clark really struggled for them.

Weird overhead camera angle in Las Vegas-Chicago game. Sky picking up a bunch of fouls early. Aces leaving points on the board missing FTs. Tied at 4 3 minutes in, kinda ugly game to start.

After slow start Sky is getting the tempo going their way. Up 12-8. Dolson/Ndour have outscored Cambage/Wilson 10-3. Aces only 2-9 from the floor, 4-6 from FT line.

29-21 Chicago at the end of Q1, and that was with the Aces getting 4 points in the last 3 seconds of the quarter.

Lead was as big as 14, now down to 7. LV finally hitting some shots from the floor.

Wheels falling off the bus for Chicago, only up 1 now.

edit--scratch that, LV just took the lead

Chicago has recovered somewhat, now back up 6. Game is in scramble mode, fast paced, lots of turnovers. Wilson/Cambage are a combined 4-13 from the floor. Copper has taken over the game, has 13 points.

edit--51-45 Chicago at halftime.

Sloot, Quigley, and Diamond are a combined 4-20. Sky are 4-15 from 3. Kind of amazing they are ahead at half.

Copper's scoring was huge. Sloot is doing her thing with the passing but the Sky need more from their all-stars in the scoring department.

Vegas keeps looking dead in the water, then they rally. Plum has 7 points in Q3. 10 point deficit is down to 1.

Jackie Young picked up 2 fouls early (4 minutes into the game), she hasn't played since then.

Chicago would be running away with this if the 3s were dropping. Although they did get a couple late.

Meanwhile Plum threw in a circus shot at the buzzer.

Okay, this game is getting good! A combined 4 3's in the last 40 seconds. 76-75 Aces leading after 3Q.

Unfortunate for her but Plum is playing very well and Jackie kills their spacing.

I've noted several times Laimbeer never really figured out who his team is or what his rotation is. I think Plum should be a PG.
