Russell w/ back to back beautiful dishes for scores. She is so much more skilled overall than I realized.
18-9 Seattle, Loyd has 3 3's.
Whitcomb and KML w/ back to back 3's to start Q2, Kaleena w/ a chance for a 4 point play.
Lynx guards need to be more aggressive.
Clearly a 2pt shot bit a great sign
I find it very difficult to get information like that. The team’s website should always have injury info, but they never do. I heard about Kristi Tolliver’s injury on the BY before the Washington Post ever said anything about it. The Mystic’s sit didn’t have anything by then.Alanna Smith is in a boot on the Phoenix bench. That might explain why she hasn't been playing at all lately. I hadn't heard anything about her being injured.
The idea was for Ezi to come in 2020. She has Sue's good friend Lauren Jackson as her mentor. If she ends up being anywhere near what some are saying, Sue might get 1 or 2 more championships before she retires.Seattle is going to be very good in the upcoming years. Bird's last season is probably next year, if that. The quartet of Canada, Clark, Loyd, and Howard are so athletic and pressure the ball. Then the much improved Russell can hold it down in the middle.
Next season simply put Stewart in for Russell, and you have an ultra long and athletic starting lineup. With a solid bench to boot, that might also be adding Ezi Magbegor
