I'm sorry for your much more personal loss than those of this community. Lean on our love and support in the days to come.I have some really sad news to share. Last week, CAHusky passed away after a brief illness. He was 51. He left us way to soon.
My wife and I traveled to many UConn games with him over the last dozen years. I can’t really find the right words to describe what a wonderful guy he was. Our hearts are broken.
Goodbye, buddy. You will be sorely missed.

Tahoe ?....calling CAHusky!
Was checking the weather and looks like there might be a big storm coming in tue-Sat...thinking about coming out for a long weekend. Haven't been in tahoe in over 20 years...Have stayed in S. Lake Tahoe and Incline Village past trips. Is S. Lake Tahoe still the place to stay? Or are we...the-boneyard.com

It's kind of strange that many of us who have been on here for a long time know so much about other posters that you feel like you know them. We knew where CAHusky grew up, his story how he ended up at UConn, what his job was and where he lived, his past marriage, his dating habits, things he did like skiing, etc. Feels like I knew him well. Very sad to read about him passing away.

For this reason, I've made efforts to meet a fair number of Yarders in person, and I'm continuing to try to do it more and more-especially since DogBreath2U passed shortly after I had the pleasure of meeting him. With the exception of @Dove , I've enjoyed everyone I've met. Most recently had the pleasure of adding @Huskybass and @tentoes4rings to the list.wheelerdog, do you have a link to his obituary? I'd like to read it. I met him at one of the Final Fours but I forgot his name.
