Qudus Announcing Decision on the 30th

I know no one pays too much attention to the crystal ballers, the prognosticators of all that may or may not be true, but the closer we get to the 30th, the more likely it is they're on point. Little bits of information start leaking out, questions are being asked, and their accuracy rates go straight up. This is what I've got my eye on.
 
The staff would have walked a tight rope to land this one. Not getting my hopes up but would love to be surprised.
 
Pitt board is convinced that Wahab always wanted Pitt, but his mom and his "handler" (their words, not mine) want Georgetown.

They have one returning center and he's 6'8. Govan currently plays 80% of their games as center. Leblanc is a PF. And their 2 commits rank way lower than Wahab. I think there would be plenty of playing time at Georgetown or Pitt for him. I don't think that's what he's going to base his decision on.

the recent kofi waffling (surprise surprise) should not interfere with the all hands on deck wahab grind. we've been down that road before.

Cool. Just.....two weeks (16 days actually). This place (or this thread at least) will be totally bonkers until January 30th in other words! Let the craziness ensue!!

Would love to beat out those four, including Cuse AGAIN, btw.

3) Wahab says he's going to wait to make his decision

Very perceptive. And yes, the recruiting grind continues since the wonderfully successful dam break!

The aspect that gives me hope for us is that he took his OV with Akok and seemed to reference a lot of the staff's comments about how the two of them would work together. On top of that, he named his announcement date at roughly the same time that Zags dropped the story confirming Akok's enrollment plan. I'm probably reaching, but it's at least something to cling to for the next two weeks.

Coach Hurley having played jersey prep ball with his mentor can’t hurt either.
 
If QW decides to go elsewhere, and Tre Mitchell reclasses, would UConn still not at least check in on Kofi if he decommitted? I get wanting to prioritize guys who want to be here, but seems like they'd be getting desperate at that point.

I'm sure theyd check in. But from what the insiders are saying in PM's it soubds like we'd probably put more effort into a grad/immediately eligible transfer first.

I'm not hanging any hopes on Kofi, but until he signs an LOI or enrolls, he can change his mind and play immediately for different, correct?

If Akok plays at SF, could we land both Mitchell and Wahab and play them at the 4 and 5?
