4 starters with 20+ points....when has that ever happened???

Silas, AK, Mullins, and Reed (in 2nd half only) were GREAT. championship type of comeback on the road!!

Stewies efforts won't show up in the box score but his defense helped key that run at tge end of the game.

We are raving at Silas and his performance but I say that the best thing he did all night was stay on the floor. He wasn't in foul trouble for tge first time in a long time. They say the best ability is availability and he ws available tonight.

I know Stewart won't get the acclaim as he only had 3 points but he was huge on big hustle plays and playing great D. He allowed us to play without Ball. What a game by him and Demary, Mullins. Dawgs. Demary coming out party for sure. He is just solid and he needs to take control of the game. He is the only player who can really find his own offense right now. Mullins will eventually.
Unsung hero. His defense helped turn that game around

Does anyone know the single game UConn assist record?? Can’t be much more than 15?
I don’t remember Kemba or Bazz having more though I guess it’s possible without looking it up

He had to as Smith was awful again. No D and dribbling too much when in there. Smith needs to settle down on offense and play smarter and learn to pass the ball earlier in the shot clock.

Amazing

Conference rival gave us their best shot in their building and WE WON

I've seen us lose many games in these spots over the years. Some were blowouts

But this team is special

Something about those games where you think it's over and somehow you pull off the miracle comeback. It felt like PC gave us 10 chances in the last ten to try and make a comeback and it wasn't until under 2-3 minutes that we did.

Silas was unreal. We can thank him for that one.

A lot of question marks coming out of that one. You can see who Dan Hurley has confidence in when the game is on the line. The rotation really tightened up. Smith & Reibe were out there sparingly. Solo obviously earned his spot on the bench.
Solo will be back, he was just killing us on the defensive side.

I love that Hurley chose to basically let the starters (minus Ball) try to dig themselves out of the hole they made for themselves in the first ~3/4 of the game.

This game will pay dividends down the road. As much as or even more than Michigan’s 2pt escape last night. ;-)

It’s happened in three straight games now and is our main weakness on defense…we are slow to get back in transition and teams are dribbling it down our throat constantly.

I’m sure it’s something the staff will be working on…at least they better be ;-)

Missed the game. Was the D bad? They were 14/24 from 3. Thank goodness we kept pace
No, it was not. Solo Ball had some pretty poor moments but apart from that, PC was just unconscious, simple as that. Bad 3 point shooters were hitting nothing but net on contested shots.

It’s water under the bridge but my god, how did the refs not call one foul on the push off on every slip screen when PC was on offense? It was not subtle at all and I feel like English was smartly just daring them to call it. They finally nabbed them for something similar on defense.
