With the number of players taking their extra year, it isn't surprising we are seeing so many freshman in the transfer portal. I get that they don't want to wait yet another year behind an upper classman when they only have four years of eligibility.

Mikesell moves on but Rikki Harris and Madison Greene (assuming rehab is good) will be back to join her in the backcourt.
Did Mikesell declare for wnba, enter transfer portal, or finish her eligibility??

Quay showed potential in her 2 years at Washington, but wasn't particularly efficient. Maybe some of that was due to poor coaching? Anyway happy to see the strides she has made at Colorado.

Kitley already owns most of the records at VT, she's probably gonna put them just about out of reach with another year.

No surprise here after Kitley's announcement, King probably not a WNBA prospect but a really solid rotation college player. Now VT needs to get to work in the portal to replace Soule and Traylor.

Huge news with some injured players coming back and a pretty good Freshman. My early pick for Pac 12 champs.

Cameron Brown, reserve forward, and a "glue girl" on the Bruins (as well as being Charisma Osborne's best friend and roommate) has also announced that she will be returning for an additional year. With only one recruit signed for 2023, there is definitely room.

You know with Kitley, Osborne, Holmes and both Jacksons returning the interest in the WNBA draft has probably faded a little

And is that it for Basketball, as we traditionally know it? Will it now be The Cavinder Corporation? Seems like they've had it with the NCAA....

The decision by the Cavinder twins to forego a 5th year of eligibility in order to enhance the financial opportunities available to them beyond NIL, is both a “sign of the times” as well as something that nobody saw coming…..

Paging Mr. Oldude: The Cavinders will now see you in their CEO suite. Please get a move on: time is $$$. Tik Tok. ;)

I don’t know much about influencers but their gimmick seemed to be actual division 1 athletes. Without that their brand might suffer, as they look pretty average for the on-line celebrity class.

I suspect that their agent has contracts lined up and has communicated to the twins that there is a window of opportunity to cash in now. As far as competing on Miami or any other team, that doesn’t appear to be a prerequisite for the twins. Paige Spiranac hasn’t played competitive golf in years and she’s earning millions.
