Central Ct forcast 4:30PM:
Wednesday: Mostly sunny then increasing cloudiness during the afternoon, not as cold! High: 30 inland, 32 shore. Snow developing late Wednesday night.

Thursday: Winter Storm Brody! Snow likely, windy and cold. Snow ending Thursday night with the potential for 4-8" of snow, especially in the eastern half of Connecticut. Low: 15. High: 27 inland, 30 shore

Am I the only one who thinks Rolling Rock tastes like piss?

Give me PBR or Miller/Bud Lite for the cheap stuff and I'm a happy guy...

In order for those:

Bud Light, Rockers, PBR's and America's worst beer Miller Lite.

"Drink piss to Win"...if you have to. Take one for the team.

30 degrees! Break out the shorts! I got some direct sunlight and 2 seconds of no wind and at 22 degrees today it felt like summertime. I can’t recall it being this cold this early for this long.

Everyone knows Rolling Rock tastes like piss.

But you might be the only one who doesn’t know PBR, Miller and Bud Light also taste like piss.

Clearly I'm on the outside of this RR inside joke/praise haha.

Common PBR isn't that bad for a cheap beer. RR is on a whole other piss level...

Even in the Sunshine state we have hard freeze warnings and several days with below freezing temps.

Still not enough sunlight to make up your vitamin D deficiency.

After snowblowing for an hour a PBR tastes like liquid ambrosia. But its no Death By Coconut (Oskar Blues).

I wouldnt mind putting my new snowblower through a real test. Bring it on.
Call Big Mike. He's great with the snow blowah. He doesn't know what kind it is, but it's a great one. It's a great workout too!

How often do you get those? Can't be good for the citrus trees.

Where I'm at in the northwest panhandle frost is somewhat common in late December, January and February. It's common enough where I have an ice scraper readily available in the garage to clean cars off in the morning. Sustained temps below the 30 degree mark happen every 5-10 years. Citrus isn't a huge cash crop up where I'm at; it's more of a niche product.

When the freezing temps hit the peninsula of Florida, citrus crops can be destroyed. Farmers have a few tricks to mitigate the loss but Mother Nature always takes her share.

Rolling Rock was fine when it was from “the glass-lined tanks of Old Latrobe,” but then Anheiser Busch bought it and moved production to Newark.

I just checked and what was a predicted 4-6" this morning is now 6-12" inches for me in MA. I have a new snowblower too, but I am not looking forward to this at all.
Are you that close to Boston?
