I believe they were not interested in a viewing.Just my opinion….Shame on ESPN…no cameras on UCONN when the school was announced to be in the Bridgeport region..

About 15 minutes by carIs that near a Metro North station? Driving to the arena In Bridgeport is![]()
Not ESPN’s fault. UConn chooses not to do itJust my opinion….Shame on ESPN…no cameras on UCONN when the school was announced to be in the Bridgeport region..
UConn usually eschews the song and dance routineJust my opinion….Shame on ESPN…no cameras on UCONN when the school was announced to be in the Bridgeport region..

Actually, I think it’s Greater Carolina and Lesser Carolina.

None. Zilch. So far, 30 minutes discussing Title IX, equity, and now a segment on Aaliyah Boston. It's all Title IX discussion so far. No analysis about the tournament.
And then Dawn. Something about her...she just instantly annoys me as soon as she starts talking.None. Zilch. So far, 30 minutes discussing Title IX, equity, and now a segment on Aaliyah Boston.
Have you ever driven CT highways? An hour and 20 minute drive takes forever. I'd pack an overnight bag. You're right, brain fart here. An hour and twenty minutes away, so still very close to home.
And every top 4 seed hosts the first 2 rounds. After that, you travel to a predetermined regional site. UCONN's regional location is in Bridgeport which gives them a home atmosphere until the Final Four.

Couldn’t happen to a nicer team.Yes, Iowa is the two seed in Greensboro.
I had a friend who bought a house in Nether Wallop, Hampshire, UK - when I went to visit we biked through Middle Wallop to a nice pub in Over Wallop - I always liked those designations so I prefer:Actually, I think it’s Greater Carolina and Lesser Carolina.

Nan the Trumbull Marriott is off the Merritt Pkwy and you'll have to find a way to get to I-95 south which isnt bad. A short trip. In the past teams stayed in Stamford and Trumbull Marriotts. Is that near a Metro North station? Driving to the arena In Bridgeport is![]()
Hey! Good luck in the tournament. Your team earned the #1 seed. I hope UCONN faces NC State.None. Zilch. So far, 30 minutes discussing Title IX, equity, and now a segment on Aaliyah Boston.
He predicted 67 of the 68 teams. How was he way off?So many teams I want to see all in Bridgeport region! Indiana, UMass, UConn. Also thrilled with the top seeds in Bridgeport and that Creighton and DePaul have made it in. Dare I say Crème is way off this year?
It didn't come down to just that one game. The losses to Georgia and Notre Dame also hurt the cause. If the SC game had been the only one NC State lost, they'd probably be in Greensboro. We had a chance to make a case for Greensboro in that opening game and had the door shut pretty quickly with that loss.
You can also try Shelton quite a few hotel chains there not farAbout 15 minutes by car
Also Ralph and Riches Restaurant is a short walk from Harbor Yard and again in the past Geno the team and their parents eat there after the game.Nan the Trumbull Marriott is off the Merritt Pkwy and you'll have to find a way to get to I-95 south which isnt bad. Agreed that no opponent of UCF is in for an easy or fun time. This is their best team yet, led by seniors and super-seniors.People overlooking UCF here. They lost three games all year, all by single digits, two of them to Tennessee and Iowa. They are incredibly physical and great on the boards. UConn will have to grind that one out.
Also think no team has a potentially tougher path to the title: UCF, Kentucky/Indiana, NC State, Stanford, SC.
Morrow reminds me a lot of bostonThis is going to be Aliyah Boston's tournament
Only one team could be the #1 seed in Greensboro. That head-to-head loss was likely a difference maker. It didn't come down to just that one game. The losses to Georgia and Notre Dame also hurt the cause. If the SC game had been the only one NC State lost, they'd probably be in Greensboro.
