The AD was passing out extensions to most of the coaches down Interstate 40 East. Except for one. Slyvia Hatchell. Interesting that she is 2 years younger than Roy Williams who garnered a 8 year extension.

Well Sabrina got a triple double against Air Force today which gives her the record for both men and woman. Good game to get that out of the way in.

I knew they were going to do it, my sister in law lives in the Austin area. But this is the first I heard of a definitive plan. Good for them. I root for Texas across all sports when it doesn't conflict with a more important rooting interest.

Chastadie Barrs of Lamar appears to be well on track to breaking the D1 record for career steals. She also has recorded back to back triple doubles and nearly had a quadruple double. Impressive player.

Potentially massive get for Kentucky. Patterson was the #4 recruit in the country coming out of HS. Tennessee, SC, Mississippi State and Kentucky appear to be loading up.

The Canberra Capitals thrashed reigning WNBL champions Townsville Fire 81-55 in Queensland on Sunday but the win came at a devastating cost after Kristy Wallace went down injured.​

Wallace only returned for the Capitals on Friday night after spending nine months in rehab following a knee reconstruction.​

In her second game back she went down in agony clutching the same knee and looks to have re-torn her anterior cruciate ligament.​

Patterson is definitely a huge get for KY. I was hoping she would choose Mississippi State because they could have used her big time next year (assuming she would be eligible for S2). She will boost Kentucky’s climb back to the top of the SEC.

Wow, that's really sad. All that hard work rehabbing after injury, only to injure the same knee again almost immediately. Really hope she is able to keep up her morale as she yet again has to go through recovery and rehab.

Well Creighton holds on. Kissinger shot lights out which leads me to a mystery I do not understand.
Based on the stat line below, Kissinger was spectacular offensively against Depaul (6-7 from 3pt) and their were mo other blemishes on her stat line. 0PF, 0 TO etc. So how come she only played 18 minutes? Recap indicates no hint of injury. Her shooting arm was too tired after the Christmas break??
