Let UConn fight it out with ECU?
He's such an arse crumb. His last "matrix" spit out UConn and BYU.
Let UConn fight it out with ECU?
My guess is that he thinks he has an audience that impatiently awaits his every tweet and that he feels that he can influence the decision makers by positing on scenarios that he kicks around in his head.Reading this entry makes it seem that the Dude is bipolar. He's up, he's down, he's all over the landscape. He's covering all bases so that, no matter what does or doesn't happen, he can say that he predicted the outcome.
The guy is not fully in touch with reality.
Yeah, his official name/title is The Dude Esq.Don't hold back. Come right out and say you think he's a lawyer.

25 Things To Watch going into 2015 season. From coaches gone wild to one bold prediction.

#25 is interesting...
25. Bold prediction: The ACC will add its own network and -- soon -- another team. Hint: A certain nationally known independent.
I don't think it will happen but interesting nonetheless

If the ACC agrees to that...the countdown clock for implosion is on for them.I think it will happen - if ND has a two or more loss season. The caveat - ND will want to retain the right to go independent again at a specific juncture in the future in case the cable box melt down leads to a new media environment in 10 to 15 years.

What was that flying over your head?Wait...so the ACC is going to bring a team from the Mountain Time Zone when they don't even have a team in the Central?.....yeah NOT happening.
Dodd is talking about Notre Dame. He recently wrote an article about it:Wait...so the ACC is going to bring a team from the Mountain Time Zone when they don't even have a team in the Central?.....yeah NOT happening.
Dodd is talking about Notre Dame. He recently wrote an article about it:
Notre Dame has lost independent luster, should join conference soon
It's entirely possible that Boise State gets a guaranteed spot at 10-2. With the same record, Notre Dame could be left wishing.
That scenario alone is why the Irish will finally join a conference sooner rather than later. Don't ask me how that lucrative NBC contract would be folded in. That's fine print.
If Notre Dame made the all-in call to ACC commissioner John Swofford tomorrow, the details would be worked out pronto. As it stands, being half pregnant in the ACC isn't enough. Being left out is too much.
This column would not have been written unless that tipping point was imminent.

This is a lot of smoke coming from Dodd over the last few weeks. Possible he actually has something here.
Much of the national guys these days are very, very careful when writing about expansion. They don't just put themselves out there anymore.
Damn, should have taken the 10 game ND deal.
Yep but they have a lot of New York, NJ and New England alumni. More NYC/NE games have to be viewed as a plus for ND.ND recruits Cincy football heavily. Doubt they want Cincy in the same conference.
