It is always possible that one of those guys knows something. Unfortunately, it is probable that twenty people will claim to know something for any one that does, meaning that picking one "nobody" to believe is taking a low percentage shot.

Something different between sharing what you heard with some friends and sharing what you heard on a platform shared by hundreds of millions of people.

I’m sure he may have heard something, but it may have been indirect and I’m guessing his source isn’t continuing to provide data. Hence his position of, ‘just telling you what I heard’ and ‘that’s what my guy said’.

He may ultimately be wrong, but what in the ever living hell does a golf fan stand to gain by tweeting that and then being harassed by psycho UConn fans for a week?

Seems like a particularly odd thing to do.

That’s a sensible take. But it’s also an anonymous parody account so it’s not like he is risking any sort of real credibility.

Yeah it’s something people used with people that were actually familiar. Now it’s like every stranger on the internet. It’s stupid.
 
I would think at least one of two things would need to happen before any additional programs are invited:

1) Colorado Press Conference
2) Pac-12 Media Deal

I doubt they would step on Colorado's shine within 48 hours of their return. And/or seeing how the Zonas react to the Pac-12 deal, which I call The Prince That Was Promised.
 
There's been FSU and Clemson "smoke" for over a year. It's a secret to no one that both are actively trying to figure out if the ACC's GOR is breakable to initiate the possibility of a move to the SEC.

These kinds of tweets are so ridiculous with how vague they are and the canyon of plausible deniability for the author when the situation doesn't come to fruition. In the past, Flug was a lot better at provide more specifics. Day by day he's turning into another version of Swaim/MHV/Dude.
