Moriah Jefferson did not fare too well in the matchup against her old team. Fowles still looks amazing at her age, and after being on a tear these past few games, Aerial Powers came back to earth last night.

That was vintage Arike, when she’s hot she’s but when she’s not

Allisha Gray remains by far my favorite Wings player and one of my favorite W players period. I love everything about her game and how she goes about playing.

The Merc and Mystics both have volatile players (DT, Diggins, Sophie, Cloud, Hines-Allen) . Sophie and Hines-Allen got a double technical after Hines-Allen fouled Sophie on a 3 and stepped over her, Sophie pushed back and both players had to be separated.

DT had one of her vintage shooting nights, unfortunately Phoenix needs that on a regular, but it’s just not feasible for a 40 yr old. Even need rest.

No way they’re trading SDS this season, it was just talk and drumming up interest for when they can trade her in the off-season. Another good game from her, 24 pts, but I was more impressed with the 9 assists, 0 turnovers because Wash has a trio of great perimeter defenders in Cloud, Atkins, and Clark.
She's really has been playing like an elite guard this season.

Didn't watch, but saw clips from the PHX-WAS game. How did it get so chippy? Did it stem from to what happened to Atkins when Taurasi ran into it?

Damn. Just feels like something is going to burst soon. Hoping I'm being paranoid.

Gray is amazing on both ends of court. Would not be surprised if she is on next (5x5) Olympic team.

Indiana has waved Hartley and signed Rennia Davis
No idea how the picking up of players work, but if I was the Sparks I would try and add Hartley as a hardship signing for the next week and so on. Of course it would probably mean putting Toliver on an injured list. I dont think they are going to get much more out of Kristi Toliver. She only played just under 7 minutes in the first quarter and around 3 minutes in the 2nd quarter, last night vs Sky. She had a wrap on her leg/knee when she came out, was in sweats the whole second half and sat with the trainer on the bench instead of the remainder of the team. Could sure use another ball handler.....unless there is something we dont know about Hartley's health, physical or mental.

I swear. I do not know what it is but for some reason, Indiana seems to have Minnesota's number this season. It is early. Hopefully Minnesota catches on and gets the win. I stand corrected. Looks like Minnesota has figured it out and now on a run. Let's go, Minnesota!!!

Indiana had 1 run left in 4th Q but wilted down the end. Lynx win 87-77 . Nice performances by McBride and Fowles. Moriah looked pretty good when not in foul trouble. with some good defense in 3rd Q

Yes! Minnesota gets the win. Fowles and McBride had huge games. Shepard chipped in a decent game. Well done, Minnesota. Peaking at the right time.

What some people may not know is that Cunningham has a very high degree belt in Martial Arts. She is not to be taken lightly.

No Sloot for Chicago tonight. I didn't hear the reason. She hasn't been very productive lately, maybe she's been dealing with a nagging injury? Wings up 1 at the half, 2nd half just starting. I missed most of the game up to this point.

Mabrey had a BLATANT push off that cleared her up to hit a 3 that DT would be proud of. Blind refs missed it of course. The victim (Allemand) got her back and swatted the next one just before halftime.

Thanks. I finally heard that to start the 2nd half. No Sabally for Dallas...but that seems to be the case more often than not.

I am just not a Dana Evans fan. Too often as soon as she comes in the game the wheels fall off the bus for Chicago. They went from up 7 to down 6 or 7 on her watch. Now Allemand is back in and the Sky are back on top. The only thing Evans can do is shoot 3's, and she's not hitting them today. Otherwise I don't see her bring anything good to the floor. She's certainly not a playmaker who makes the offense run smoothly.

Allemand had 2 straight drive and kick out to Parker for wide open 3s that slammed the door shut. Then the next time down CP dribbled out the entire shot clock.

Arike and Marina have both had horrible shot selection down the stretch.

Meesseman quietly dominating and Copper w/ a monster game, 23 pts and career high 14 rebounds. Emma also has 23 to go w/ 8 reb/7 assists.

Looking like the Aces and Sky are the teams to beat. Chicago is scary. Cooper dropped 23 and pulled down 14 boards. Meesseman, I have always loved her game, looked great in this game. She was just on a different level. Dallas could be a dangerous team down the stretch. 11-12 games left. Whoever playing that Dallas squad better bring their A game. Mabrey put Allenmand in the spin cycle with a sweet move and drained the 3 point shot!

I'm convinced barring injuries the Sky are gonna repeat. Team just doesn't have many flaws. Vegas just reeks to me of a team that doesn't play like a team, too many big personalities.

if only they weighted scoring by the difficulty of the move.

Huge matchup today at 1pm. Las Vegas vs the Connecticut Sun. Both teams are on a two-game winning streak with Seattle in the mix. I got the Aces in this one.
