Sure, if Mohegan’s paying a big pot of gold. Otherwise, umess is ok for hoops once a decade.I'd play UMass at Mohegan.
Has anyone been to Shreveport? I drove by the stadium and flew to Houston from their airport. Not high on my list of bowl destinations.Army w/ Bowl Agreement for 2020, 2022, 2024:
Army strikes agreement with Independence Bowl, ESPN - College Football | NBC Sports
Army will spend lots of time in Shreveport, La., over the next five years.collegefootballtalk.nbcsports.com
>>Army will play in the Independence Bowl in 2020, ’22 and ’24, assuming the team is bowl eligible. In odd-numbered years, the Knights are guaranteed a slot in one of 13 different bowl games.
Army is an at-large team this year, meaning Jeff Monken‘s team will have to fill a slot unused by one of the 10 FBS conferences.<<
Yes, and Shreveport rightfully should be pretty low on a desirable destination list. Same same for Monroe, Ruston, and even Lafayette and Baton Rouge. At least Lafayette has some great music and interesting culture, and Red Baton has 6 SEC gridiron Saturdays.Has anyone been to Shreveport? Not high on my list of bowl destinations.

The post above is missing the 2027 game @ UConn. It’s a 4-4 home and home series. Is a 3 for 4 series with Army considered good?
Is a 3 for 4 series with Army considered good?
Considering its a regional matchup, easy drive for both fanbases to the away game, great venue for our fans to go to, and both home and away games should draw good attendances. Id say it's a win/win for both sides. The post above is missing the 2027 game @ UConn. It’s a 4-4 home and home series.
Yeah I didn’t include that because it was part of the previously announced games with ArmyThe post above is missing the 2027 game @ UConn. It’s a 4-4 home and home series.
For DelMarVa regional recruiting purposes; parental, alumni and other fan convenience, mutual travel convenience, etc, scheduling Navy makes a lot of sense. However, weaving the USNA and USMA into different seasons may be more desirable, i.e., Navy only in years when Army is not scheduled.I am silently praying Benedict can schedule Navy in 2023, 24, 26 & 27. Any year he can get Navy is good though.
UConn has added games against Army in 2024 (at UConn) 2025 2028 @ Army and 2029 @ UConn
I just check a future schedule and it said BC on 10/29 and at Army on 11/19For the 2022 schedule, I thought we had BC at the Rent on Nov 19th. They scheduled Army for the same date. Which one is right?
