The former Cincinnati strength coach is amazing with these quick transformations. Our guys look like there guys already!

We must get the professional opinion of @superjohn

He may suggest that they are on PED's and to test 'em.

Akok looks like his head was photo-shopped onto Sanogo's body and Gaffney's onto Ed Nelson's.
How was this possible in 3-4 months, of which only one month was with the new guy?

Yep, they're all on PHD's.

A little early in the day for drinking maybe...
lol...PED's - at least I got the edit in!...and you get my gist

I again ask for your professional, expert opinion. Shall we test 'em?

I just want to know exactly what’s in the PB&J sandwiches he gives the kids per his IG today
Honestly, it’s probably just extra peanut butter. I’d love to have a beat writer put a story together on the new S & C coach about his philosophy, specifics with players etc. My guess is since it’s the off-season, they’re prolly just lifting heavy and eating extra calories (like extra peanut butter PBjs) to gain some weight on are “slimmer” guys. Those dudes probably burn tons of calories on days they practice and lift. They’d have to eat a lot to see the gains they’ve seen thus far.

Jackson getting after it

Once again there are, I think, pix that I can't see as others comment on them. What I do see is a fine blue dot rectangular matrix with a

sign.

What is this?? etc??

Tom hates you and has taken away the ability to see pictures from until your attitude improves?

(@Guapo I think it was you who walked me through the fix for this.)

The PEDs they “may”take are very difficult to detect. Someone would likely have to rat someone out in order to test at the right time.

That's our starting point guard. He's putting in the work, solidifying that starting spot.

Alright, I'll bite. I was in the "RJ Cole was brought in to start" camp.

I'll slide over to the best facilitator and defender may start. And if Gaffney's increased strength and athleticism leads to improvement on the defensive end, then it'll be an interesting camp battle.

@Huskymagic guess the Gaffney conversation picked up here

Gotta love how much he's hyping these guys up mentally to be physical beasts... good camera angles and all that adds to the confident mindset

As Prime Time said,
"If you look good, you feel good,
If you feel good, you play good,
If you play good, then they pay good" [...hopefully not yet]

Picture on S&C coach page. Javonte has a 9 foot 4 inch standing reach.
Rudy Gobert set the record (not counting Tacko Fall for obvious reasons) at 9’ 7 and Javonte can grow 2 more inches conceivably.

I love what he's doing highlighting each kids improvement or strengths. Great motivator.

Was curious so I looked up the standing reach of some of the NBAs top centers.

Joker: 9'3
Embiid: 9'5
KAT: 9'5
Gobert: 9'7
Adebayo: 9'
Vucevic: 9'4.5
Ayton: 9'3
Aldridge: 9'2
Ibaka: 9'1
Adams: 9'1.5
Drummond: 9'1
B Lopez: 9'5

Tacko Fall: 10'2.5

At 7'0 240lbs with a 7'5 wingspan and that standing reach, his physical profile is fantastic. If he can get strong and in great shape, he could be a serious talent. He's always had super soft hand and some decent post moves.
