Dom Amore’s Sunday Read: Why Cooper Flagg fits UConn’s model of ‘basketball people'

We’re going to need a separate forum for all the consoling that’s going to be needed.
Nah, he was always duke to lose. We're just waiting to find out whether or not they did drop the ball, or "fumble the bag" as the case may be.

I’m leaving room for a Flagg F the world commitment. It’d be hilarious to watch Duke fans cry.

I keep thinking about the dude who just hopped into the scrimmage thread and completely made up a narrative with detailed stats and people just went with it because in the absence of any information it's just something to talk about. All of the sauces on this topic have about that level of credibility.

He is not going to break his grandfather's heart by choosing UConn over his favorite team. Once they entered into the equation it was all over. He may very well like Hurley better but will go to Duke since only one year before heading to the pros.
Kid is gonna go where he wants to go. Lol.

Forgive us for not believing a guy with no track record and fewer than 300 posts in 4 years claiming to have insider info about a notably tight lipped recruitment
I understand that completely. The name calling and is not that.

You guys would be all over it if he was saying the same stuff but for UConn rather than Duke.
Would we though? It would kind of feel like trolling at that point.

Let's put it this way, if I announce that the sun is going to rise tomorrow, nobody is going to be particularly impressed if I am correct. On the other hand, if I announce that the sun is not going to rise tomorrow, everyone's going to think I'm a lunatic until I'm proven right.

Not me. And I don't even doubt the info ends up being true with Flagg, Ngongba to Duke would be very surprising. But I'm just skeptical of any insider who comes out of nowhere, whether it's good or bad news

where would Ngongba fit in your little astronomical chart?

I'm far from an insider to the program. This is a very rare occurrence. Of course I could just be a duke supporter hiding on the boneyard for years waiting for my perfect time to strike.
