Great to see Newton asserting himself and taking control as the PG.. Sanogo/Clingan duo looked strong.. Alleyne contributing.. Hawk efficient but quiet game except for that crazy block.

Road win is big this time of year no matter who the opponent is.. Next

I must be going crazy but I could’ve sworn the “3” DePaul hit to make it 59-42 was a two, and the ref called it as such, yet it was never corrected and never mentioned.

I was ready to file a formal petition with the league if we lost by one.

Maybe I am going crazy.

For an imperfect and still growing team, this was a satisfying road win. Hawk will be an AA candidate next year. This road win could be the start of something (again).

I thought the same thing. Johnson from the top right? Was right before the 12 minute mark and I was sure they were gonna review it

We have done so much better at getting to the basket recently.

-Newton is attacking
-Hawkins is becoming consistent
-We’re getting Sanogo baskets in the flow of the offense

We’ve put together a 3 games of good habits (Xavier 2nd half). Will be interesting to see how we finish the season. Newton stepping up is HUGE.

Hawk is a late lottery pick. Great games from Sanogo and Newton.

Better I don't say anything about Andre..... yikes. Embarrassing.

I like having 3 people getting the bulk of the offensive production. For a while there I felt the depth encouraged too much rotation. Guys couldn't get hot

We got into that second half tightness thing again for a few minutes and then snapped out of it. They have stretches where they can play so incredibly tight at times with leads. Newton and Hawk snapped them out of it.

There's the bones of a very good team in there.
