Yeah he did as he wasn’t even called for a foul or was suspended on a subsequent game. If you want to consider Sellers bouncing Laettner’s head like a basketball on the hard court , I’ll give you that much. Hahahaa. I always smile when I watch that clip.

Looks to me like he was diving but definitely included an intentional forearm shiver to the head. Then the two handled head dribble. Love the whole sequence.

Packer was awful in the 1999 championship, he was such a Duke homer & hated UConn. He kept saying UConn players were pushing off or somehow committing infractions- now & then Jim Nantz would challenge him, but eventually even Nantz knew it was hopeless.
