Has a chip on his shoulder. Always a good thing.
Albiet against cones, the kids looks good
Yes but can he do it against chairs

Kid eats and breaths the game as well as UConn basketball. Love this kid as I've said before need more with his mindset and drive. Good to see he stayed the course after the tough year everyone seemed to have.
Will CV ever be a star NBA player.NO. But will he be a star in college? I'll bet a good amount of money he will. He's going to be a special college player and we are lucky to have him
I have been on this kid's bandwagon all along. Nothing is more ignorant than saying a kid who puts up big numbers as a freshman has no chance of being as good as guys that preceded him that put up inferior numbers. The only metric we have says otherwise. Let him evolve, there is no point in putting made up and baseless limits on his potential just because he was a lower ranked recruit.
The most encouraging part of that video is when he made a move(working on his handle) and the trainer shouted "good!" And CV responded, "Nah, i want that to be tighter". That kind of mindset is what will make him a special player for us in the coming yrsHe has to work on his handle, that is the weakest part of his game. If he ever wanted to be as good as Ben Gordon or Kemba Walker his handle and quickness will have to be much much better.
Love his game, work on your handle CV, that will make you great. Your shot is already solid for a 19 year old and your athleticism is there.

The boneyard has completely lost its mind. We've hit peak Christian Vital. He's now the second best player on the team, an all-time special Husky and is being compared to Ben Gordon, Bobby Jackson, Shabazz Napier and Kemba Walker.
I really like the kid too but so many posters here are setting him up to unbelievably lofty standards. What could possibly go wrong?
That's what I love about him too! He has a superior edge, is not afraid of any situation and wants the ball when the game is on the line. Definitely has ice water in his veins. Some of the guys we are recruiting don't have that. They have talent but not that. CV has talent & that. Now he has to train the rest of the team to get some of what he was born with.#gochancellors#gohuskies#I like his moxey. He got thrown in the frying pan and steadily kept getting better and better. I don't know what his ceiling is but I do know he will compete.
I don't think anyone has him at surefire NBA draft pick status. But watch him work, and play. He probably doesn't have the second highest ceiling but he might well have the second highest floor. Ollie spent 13 years in the league himself that way. We've hit peak Christian Vital. I agree about sure fire status but guys like CV that play with that combination of skill, athleticism and and edge, usually find a home for enough time to make a lot of lettuce #$$$$I don't think anyone has him at surefire NBA draft pick status.
