Why do you think I watch weeknight pac 12 games at midnight?I wish he’d elaborate more on his memories of Dead shows he’s seen.

I’d probably ask him what his favorite live rendition of St Stephen was…Why do you think I watch weeknight pac 12 games at midnight?
He was less intrusive Tonight but he mentionioned an Oct 78 winterland ( SanFran ) show tonight. HahaI’d probably ask him what his favorite live rendition of St Stephen was…
I find him comical, I have a friend just like him.
I was yelling at the screen to take the broadcast off split screen when they were interviewing Knight. We can listen to them talk and still watch the game full-screen. We didn’t need to SEE THEM AND HEAR THEM TOO.Actually felt bad for Walton when he was trying to interview Phil Knight. That was painful.
No St Stephen at that show, but they did play Estimated Prophet. My buddy has a bunch of old CDs that he received from a man in a sauna at his local YMCA, on one of them is Prophet Hartford 5/21/77’ and that is a great version of the song.He was less intrusive Tonight but he mentionioned an Oct 78 winterland ( SanFran ) show tonight. You can recognize that Walton calling a game is absolutely awful without it "ruining" the experience. I enjoyed the game. Walton was brutal. Both can be true.I would never go to a game with someone who is so humorless that Bill Walton ruins their watching experience. That’s just me. And I’ve probably went to more uconn games with the biggest list of vastly different by’ers than anyone here.
And... ?People forget ( and it’s open for debate ) but bill Walton just may be the greatest college hoops player in the history of earth ( and if he wasn’t he’s in the list of 5)

No St Stephen there either, sort of a rare song live in the mid to late 70’s.
They played two concerts at Winterland from my 3 minutes of late night research. Not sure how I missed that lolAh but they did

This really pissed me off alsoThe Phil Knight interview could have happened in audio only while they showed the game. That was absurd. Even worse was showing a taped interview with Izzo! Show it at halftime, why are they diminishing the live game with that b.s.
He’s great. Agree to disagree . I get it.And... ?
They played countless times there. Dozens and dozensThey played two concerts at Winterland from my 3 minutes of late night research. Not sure how I missed that lol
Also wasn’t there a game earlier, do it them and get that out of the way, had to do it during our game. The Phil Knight interview could have happened in audio only while they showed the game. Was a Voodoo doughnut.Anyone see him eat the giant cookie on live TV?
rode in a hotel elevator with him in NYC years ago. Always regretting asking him about the UConn men rather than the Dead shows at the Pyramids.I wish he’d elaborate more on his memories of Dead shows he’s seen.
