Butler @ Georgetown, 7:00, FS1 - Eric Collins, Donny Marshall

DePaul 48 Seton Hall 32 with 1:36 left in first half...yikes!

DePaul playing a heck of a first half against Seton Hall. Up 16 close to halftime.

They’re kinda sloppy, but Freeman-Liberty is a heck of a bucket-getter and David Jones is a versatile scoring wing.

Most impressive this game is their defensive toughness, especially in their frontcourt between Anei, Johnson and Odgenda.

If you haven’t seen DePaul yet, there’s a lot of Isaiah Whaley in Brendan Johnson.

I’ve said it a few times, but this team is better without Charlie Moore.

Watched DePaul earlier this year. They definitely looked improved. Watching them today and can't help to think splitting our games with them looks like a possibility. Assuming we play them twice.

Stubblefield challenged their manhood after the MU game. On camera!

Stubblefield can take them to the next level. They play much more disciplined basketball than they did under Leitao, they have length and great athletes. Agree with @Hey Adrien! about Freeman-Liberty. You could see his potential last year. Now, he plays smart and can score inside and has a reliable jumper. Great win for them. They can cause us problems.

What happened. DePaul up by nine, fixed myself a cocktail and …

Wow..DePaul over the Hall.
What a crazy conference we are in. I love it!!

Anyone counting any win as auto better stop right now. We gotta bring it every night or every game from here on out is a potential L.

Seton Hall scraped and scrapped until the bitter end, but DePaul (especially Terry) was perfect from the free throw line, so the Blue Demons hang on for the win 94-90.

After recent loss to Marquette, Tony Stubblefield said:

"You can't give up 87 points and win in the Big East at this level."

But apparently you CAN give up 92 points and win. Go figure.

good games today.

seton hall's second game in a row giving up 40+ in the first half to a subpar team. kadary richmond has officially turned back into a pumpkin -- just got stuffed at the rim and then got called for an obvious travel on the very next possession.

Seton Hall loses at Marquette on a terrible call. Willard is rightfully going crazy.

Yes. Seton Hall got two attempts with 1.8 left after the official told him to run the baseline after everyone knows you can't. Lewis gets hammered to the ground with 3 minutes left and no call. Went both ways.

Maybe Richmond turned into a pumpkin because the other coaches figured things out and he wasn’t allowed to kill them one on one backing his defender down?

Watching this Butler/Nova game makes me feel like my in-laws are over and they request to watch the UConn women even though they're playing some bottom feeder Big East team.

But FIOS has it in 4K, so I'll watch. Hopefully some of our FS1 games are in 4k in the future.

Watching this game and all the other ‘nova games I’ve seen this season confirms one thing to me… the impact that timely, pinpoint passing has on offensive effectiveness. Aside from their roster’s three-point shooting prowess, they just get guys the ball in the right place at the right time. This is a really smart team offensively.
