Best Chicken Parmesan and/or Chicken Parmesan Grinder In CT?

CT? who knows. But any self respecting authentic chick parm fanatic would go only to
Brooklyn for one.
If you proclaim to be a chicken parm fanatic, self-respect is not an arrow in your quill.

Unless you pound it thin and and make it yourself.

I don’t, but Mrs. 8893 does because she knows that‘s how I like it. They were never better than when she made them with ridiculously fine grade breadcrumbs we bought in Italy and brought back with us.

As a restaurant dish, Chicken Parm is the "I don't really trust any of this other stuff to be good" dish. It's got a high floor. Unfortunately, it is also often the "I want enough food for three meals" dish.

As a grinder, it falls to the often superior meatball grinder, and if you must have fried, breaded chicken, the buffalo chicken grinder.
