I used your post as a launching point of discussion, not calling you out. Sorry for the confusion.When did I say it didn’t?

AdamaNation.Domination = Jubilation
Well done!
But the double bigs.Wow. I’m more relieved than anything that I shouldn’t have to suffer through an entire offseason of Hurley can’t coach threads.
If the big east sends 2 to the final four it may open eyes to what January was like.Hurley deserves serious Coach of the Year consideration. Except for the dry stretch in the middle of the Big East games, UConn has been pretty dominant all year. Instead of being dragged down by those close losses, the team has learned from those experiences and is a much more focused and coordinated team on both ends the last 6 weeks. That's mostly on Hurley. They are now a machine! You saw it tonight.
Why just 2?If the big east sends 2 to the final four it may open eyes to what January was like.
He had many other things to think about!muss kept the shirt on tonight

That was a 40 minute Randy Marsh meme.
They are over rated every year. The selection committee clearly has always favored them and except for Michigan St they all stink especially when the get to the tournament.This may not belong on this thread, but can we talk about how ABSOLUTELY OVERRATED the Big 10 is? My goodness… 9 teams in the dance, including a #1 seed, and ONE team makes it to the second weekend and (IMO) promptly chokes, so none of their teams make the Elite 8? C’mon man…
black has actually been my comp for castle basically all year. i think castle is going to look similar, at least -- he will TOWER over most college guards.So was thinking last night, is Castle UConn's Black next year? Seems like a distinct possibility Castle can bring a similar game and numbers to UConn next year.
This will be a 9 page post season thread I think. I would think between 10 and 15 right now though with potential to ascend over the next 10 daysRight now with an Elite 8 birth - where does Adama rank all time for UConn greats? Has he cracked the top 10?

They break it down a bit in this tweet, though it doesn't really pass the test for me. Watching live it felt like we had way more quality shots and open shots than the tweet saysSomeone needs to explain the methodology to me because from what I saw last night they didn't have a very many uncontested shots while Kenny Smith went on and on about the number of open layups we had.
That's just a summary, you have to subscribe to get the full breakdown. It's basically saying if you were to replay the game with every player taking the exact same shots that's what would be expected to happen with Arkansas scoring more than they did and us scoring lessThey really don't break anything down. They claim Sanogo should have scored fewer points and we should have scored less points on layups. Is this comparing overall season performance vs last night? If yes, it may work mathematically but the implication is that as the game was layed they should have won. That's a very tough sell
