Hartley looks way off tonight. No conviction in anything she does. Passes are sooooo soft, she won't attack off the dribble with open lanes, and she's hiding from the ball on the break. First time seeing her this year, but she looks like a freshman again tonight - hopefully it is just an off night. On the other hand, wish we could keep Faris for a few more years.

Give some credit to Maryland. They're playing hard, but not as hard as Kelly.Never thought I'd see this team having trouble scoring points...
Without her, we be losing tonight. Kelly is as tough a kid as I've ever seen play.Whether she is recognized by the voters Kelly Faris is proving she is an All American every night.
6 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists so far.
A great nose for the ball, too.Without her, we be losing tonight. Kelly is as tough a kid as I've ever seen play.
Not unusual in any big pressure game. Especially, early in the season.I thought it might be a low scoring game!
None? Even less offense in the 2nd half than in the first... But a win is a win. Still, not what UCONN fans were expecting. A 15'ish point win - I'm betting the Stanford game is a lot closer...We'll see what kind of halftime adjustments Geno and staff have cooked up for the fans.
No.This game is so much more enjoyable than the WBB game last night.
Bad decision of Hartley to drive there. Fresh time on the clock and it wasn't necessary to force the play.
Even Doris is starting to ask questions about Bria. Rebecca defending her.She is making tons of them. I've seen enough of them to know it's not just rust. Think of the frantic drive with the shot clock off at the end of the Notre Dame game in the Final 4 that resulted in a turnover. No rhyme or reason to it. If we want to be a championship team she needs to bring championship intangibles leading from the point. It's not just scoring.
Banks's effort is really impressive to watch in person. Not quite Kelly-like yet, but getting there. She is flat out competing.
