While I'm sure some coaches use the portal to fill a need or add depth to their bench, looking at the players from a scoring perspective it's pretty clear most coaches want those who can put the ball in the hoop.

Here it is : Only listed are those with a double-digit scoring average.

I notice one is missing and that’s Kayla Padilla from Penn. Averaged 17.7 ppg and 3.5 assists. She is from California. Nice player from the Ivy. I’ve had my eye on her and Columbias Kaitlyn Davis. I think they will both be nice additions to some team.

Yeah, I really like Padilla as well. I wasn't sure if the list was using the same folks from the top 100? I didn't see Beyonce Bea (Idaho, averaged 22.8) or Olivia Olsen (Providence, averaged 10.1). I also like Una Jovanovic (14.6), who did transfer to TCU.

Some on our board think (and hope) that Stanford should be targeting her as a get-able grad transfer. Though I've not heard any indication of interest on either end on social media.

I originally had the players mentioned above on the list but was narrowing down to focus on the P5 + Big East conferences to show how many small school top players were being scooped up by the top programs. When/if Padilla and others commit to a school they will be added. I accidentally left KD from Columbia on the list. Una Jovonavic I missed.

She led the country in rebounding this season, will be a good get for someone
She actually rebounded more per game (16.6) than points (16). And she played 38 minutes per game.
I only saw one or two BYU games this season, but remember her being active and a banger. Tough kid.

Would’ve loved her at UConn if she were, maybe, 4 inches taller. 6’1” and to rebound like that is extremely impressive, nonetheless.

Barnum is an underrated player in the SEC. She'll elevate whatever team she chooses. I think she would excel at a school like Louisville.

She visited Mississippi State last Thursday. Coach Purcell is evidently pushing hard for her. Of course as a former Louisville assistant, he runs a similar style.

Genuinely curious about that last one… but ball out seems like a scam. Although they seem to be much more credible than WER
