Guaranteed he gave her a Dook sales pitch when no one was lookin'.When Vitale put on a ND jersey I'd say he became a ND booster. We all know he has a long long history of kissing ACC butts.
IMO a clear recruiting violation that should preclude the Irish from pursuing Brunelle.

I hope you are correct and Geno puts on a Brunnel T shirt--and Uconn does not get her---Only choice left---drum roll---VATech and Kenny Brookes\(I love his coaching style) to go along with Dara Mabrey. Obviously, VATech won't get her nor will Geno wear a Brunnel T----nor will the NCAA punish ND for Vitale--nor should they. (lots of nors, any other Norsemen on the BY??) PS---I hope Vitale washes his face and mouth with alcohol before he kisses his spouse you didn't paint a pretty picture.
Ye, Yes, Yes!I am a little ashamed but Vitale's unabashed worship of the ACC and in particular Duke has long been a pet peeve. The only media personality who rivals/ed Vitale's ACC love is/was Billy Packer. (not sure if Billy is still alive) When UConn's men won the title in 1999 my joy was made even better by the fact that Vitale had already annointed Duke as one of the greatest teams of all time prior to the game. His disappointment at the end of the game made the victory even sweeter for me.
Don't like this one bit....
A lot of folks in those pictures below. Glad to see them there (and not freezing in what was a cold day), but this just one stop on all their tours...
This is just one stop on the "circuit" for most of these players (I think Brunelle was in Louisville last week and Paige B. was at Maryland recently) but there is a lot of talent dressed in some combination of blue, gold and green there (kudos, Niele Ivey). Man, it's going to be a busy couple of years for the players and schools that have mutual interest in each other.
I was attempting to be funny. Vitale rubs many the wrong way---his built in personality reflecting his childhood but even over the top for them-he is abrasive but as long as he bring HIS circus to WBB--I'll swallow my dislike. The Duke loss to Uconn was shocking--El Alamin even jumped on the table and told us all---WE SHOCKED THE WORLD, AND they did. My 2 favorites were Moore and the kid from Coatesville, Pa Rip Jr (his dad was the original RIP)I am a little ashamed but Vitale's unabashed worship of the ACC and in particular Duke has long been a pet peeve. Those are underclassmen unofficial visitors; doesn't appear to have mixed in any uncommitted seniors taking official visits.I don't get having so many recruits in at one time, but maybe they are all suppose to sell each other?

Very impressive that ND can get so many kids to visit at the same time on their own dime. Maryland had a similar set of recruits last weekend. The coordinated visits by so many at the same time IMO indicates that there is something going where these kids would not mind playing WCBB at the same school. These kids aren't exactly coming from around the corner to visit ND.Those are underclassmen unofficial visitors; doesn't appear to have mixed in any uncommitted seniors taking official visits. So, I'm sure the coaches invite as many as they can, pretty much knowing some will have things come up over time and not be in attendance. Plus, it takes the recruits' families time to plan flights/hotels and make other travel arrangements as necessary; not sure how hard it is to secure hotels in South Bend during a football weekend, but guessing not too easy.
Pretty sure Dickle v had a couple of daughters go to ND
at least when it comes to Bueckers, I view her as proprietary to UConn WBB......
There's kind of a off-court placid effervescence to her that is quite appealing. Of course, her turn-on-the-jets, go-go court demeanor is pretty cool, too. .
I also admire Clark's court command and confidence at such an early age and I will very much be paying attention to Miss Fudd at St. John's. So much talent at such early ages.

Very impressive.
I believe the parents/family who come with the recruits on the unofficial visits get complimentary football tickets, as well. So, probably too hot a commodity last week for the USC football game, and the NC State game probably wasn't as highly anticipated prior to the season. Great turnout, regardless.
Very impressive group of players. Do you know all of them?
I recognize Brunelle, Bueckers, Marshall, Campbell, Fudd... not sure about the others.

I like Clark too, lot's of energy and a better outside shooter then PB at this point
Thanks for the assistance to clarify for those who could potentially get too up in arms on this. Dick can get too “catchy” in his phrases and can get “old” quick with the acronyms but I do believe he is genuine, all in for college hoops, both men’s and women’s. TheACC plays really good basketball so if he is perceived as being too ebullient in their praise, maybe the other conferences and their fans should understand this. Like the SEC in football, they have strong top to bottom teams and announcers unabashedly rave about this conference.Yes, both Terri and Sherri, attended Notre Dame, where both played on the women's tennis team. Both of them also met and married their husbands there: lacrosse player (now orthopaedic surgeon) Chris Sforzo; and former Irish QB Tom Krug with Sherri.
Terri has business degrees from ND and raises monies for charity now.
Here's an article on all that:
