I wonder how hard its going to be in pulling Hailey Van Lith out of the pacific northwest. Especially with both Oregon schools on the up swing. Washington State has a new coach in Kammie Etheridge and Washington is located right there in Seattle and Jody Wynn is a promising young coach.

Geno doesn't fly cross country multiple times to see a recruit that won't leave home.........of course that doesn't mean that she won't decide to stay closer to home in the end...............

Did any UConn coach watch any of her games this weekend? If they didn't it is safe to say there isn't any interest.

UConn may have interest in currently unranked 2019 wing McKenna Warnock from Wisconsin.

For some reason her last name will not post. Not sure what the heck that is but it is W-a-r-n-o-c-k.

A poster from a Badgers board said he/she was hearing UConn had contact with her back in February. Then this Tweet popped up today.

War-nock is ranked #70 at Prospects Nation.

Wynn needs to change the culture somehow. UW hasn't been able to get the top recruits from the Puget Sound area in recent years, let alone other parts of Washington. East of the Cascade Mountains is really a different world than Seattle and UW might not be that big of a draw for someone like Hailey Van Lith. I honestly think the Oregon schools will be tougher competition for her at this point. She really isn't tipping her hand on what schools she's looking at so far is she?

Clearly the genie sees the name as something else.

She's an ESPN three star recruit #12 wing in the 2019 class

Geno will be heading back to Virginia tomorrow as he will be a guest speaker at the Norfolk Forum tomorrow evening. Included among the previous speakers were Tom Brokaw, former CIA head John Brennan and world renown swimmer Diane Nyad, who completed the 110-mile swim from Florida to Cuba on her fifth attempt. Interesting company.
