PAC 12 seems to have settled in as a 4 bid league in baseball. The last couple of NCAA baseball tournaments the PAC 12 also got 4 bids. We'll see if the projection for this season holds.
 
Baseball America still has UConn as the #2 in the Conway South Carolina Regional but...

I would do cartwheels if that is our draw. Vanderbilt is terrible.

St. John's would probably take that, too. They undoubtedly want revenge for losing to us earlier this year
 
Stating the obvious, but really nice to win 2 games yesterday and get into winners bracket . Great job from Feole in first game and Cate in 2nd. Also Pratto has been unbelievable.

Need 1 more win to finish all in green below. Thinking we need to win AAC tourney to have full confidence we will host a regional. But may do so anyways if we get to championship game.

Going to try to listen at work today.

Great win yesterday. Not much I can add, that others haven't already posted. But man this team is resilient. Love them.

This will be the second to last chart update for this year. You may have noticed that I usually don't update chart after a loss ( superstitious). But win or lose I will post the final chart after today's game .

Win or lose, we will end in "all green" this year. Believe this will be an all-time first.

Lets go win one more and most likely guarantee hosting a regional.

Latest RPI rankings have ECU at 12 and UConn at 16. Keeping the Huskies at 16 would have to be good news for a potential Norwich host bid.
 
Wonder if we host would the committee put Hartford as the #4 seed in our region

Yes we would likely see some combination of Hartford, St John's, Columbia, Army, LIU Brooklyn, Northeastern. In addition to a team that would likely be shipped in.
 
Well everyone, below is last chart update of the year. If we were told at beginning of year that we would be in AAC championship game with very high hopes of hosting a regional, and doing this ( for a long stretch) without our best pitcher ( Cate), we would have all signed up for it.

Great season so far, and we have much more to accomplish. As I stated above we ended year "all green" , for the first time in this charts history.

Thanks to all that really keep this board going, with constant updates on games and other info. Don't want to mention names( because I will forget someone), but you guys are the backbone of the baseball board. Greatly enjoy following team thru your posts.

I will continue to follow and post this year, but the first time "all green" chart is retired for the year.
