Great first half for Wichita State vs ND. ND cuts it to 10 early 2nd. And back to 13.

Morris just lost his mind and Wichita is frustrated into jacking NBA 3's late in clock. All the momentum with ND.

He wanted the keys to the vehicle from the start and Ollie wasn’t going to give that to him so he went elsewhere.. it happens! As I watch the game he has the green light to do whatever he wants whenever he wants. Ollie’s a coach to reign a guy in, which would’ve made him n his dad frustrated to the point he’d transfer out the following year anyway, especially what happened last year with said dad n player .. So I’m happy
Agree with much of this but at this point it doesn’t even look like KO is letting Jalen run the offense so would it really be the worst thing to have TW running our offense right now?

That was a pretty crushing defeat. I so desperately want the AAC to be respectable.

On the other hand, Wichita State are still really freaking good.

WSU choke you could see coming a mile away.

Was there any doubt that ND would score down 1 with 3 seconds left?

Reminded me of the SMU NCAA 1st round choke jobs of the last 2 years.

And Wichita was without one of their best players and Shamet isn't even close to 100%. Pretty awful day for us considering the Shockers blew a game they should have won and will be full strength for the games against us and Zona loses without Rawle Alkins.

Well 2 more big games tomorrow. Need a strong showing by the good guys. Have a great Thanksgiving! Football in the am. :)

Yup, the season is over. It was fun while it lasted!

Yes. Shamet had an off night and they are still missing their leading scorer from last year. This is a FF team when 100% healthy.

If Waters was 6'1 instead of 5'10 he would be 1 and done. Kid is special, had 39 on the night.

I'm not sure that team will be good enough to make the NCAA tournament this year, but if they do I wouldn't be surprised if he's 1 and done anyway. He's the type of player who could put on a show in a couple of games in March and get himself drafted in the 1st. Doubtful but it wouldn't shock me

Wait, who is WSU's leading scorer from last year?

This is how they end up as KenPom warriors every year.

didn't really know where else to put this but wow:

Tremont works really hard. Two thing that sets him apart from some of the current UConn guards is his laser focus and preparation. I guarantee you he would never start a game “lethargic”. He is self motivated. Let’s give the Dad a little credit for that aspect. Tremont grew up with basketball always important and with Tremont having access to the opportunities to get better.
So whatever moral handwringing we want to do on let’s call it the “business” transaction, Tremont is basketball pure as a player.

Tenn up on Nova by 14, late first half. SEC may be a decent conference to watch this year with A&M leading the way. Shame Porter for Mizzou out, would have only added another good team to the mix

Losing by 1 to a very good ND team, because of a few questionable calls to boot, is indeed very respectable IMHO. That was one of those games where it was a shame one team had to lose, it was good.

UCF v Nebraska kind of an important "pack" game for the AAC. UCF lead down to 6 with 4:22 left.
