Nneka will be Stanford's first Number1 overall pick, which seems crazy!

Next year's draft will be crazy with Griner and EDD. Obviously Griner goes first, but that is a good class...

Yup, next year will be crazy good. There have been plenty of drafts where Skylar would have been a lock for #1, she might fall as far as #4 or #5 depending on who is drafting in what order and what their needs are.

Yeah that will be interesting. If a team needs a PG as opposed to a power forward like EDD...who knows?

Peters before Glory Johnson. Lynx believe in Peters' offensive skills over Johnson's, which is understandable.

I think Glory will have a better pro career tha Peters. Peters never impressed me that much, she always seemed to be in foul trouble.
Maybe being in the pros will help her self-control.

I agree. I thnk Glory's game translates well to the pros. She may not be a big scorer, but Minnie has scoring covered. She's a major league banger that plenty of teams could use.

Yeah, I really like Glory Johnson. I think in the right college system, she would have been an absolute monster. She's a natural-born athlete who just happened to go to Tennessee during a transitional period in the program's history...and she still had a pretty stellar career there overall. Add in the injuries questions around Peters (not to mention silly fouls, something she never got past in college when playing top competition), and I'd take Glory in a heartbeat.

Yep. She's one of the few players from that class at UT who actually developed and improved.

I truly believe that Glory has a ton of untapped potential on offense and that if she'd been in a team-oriented offensive system in college, she'd have realy sparkled on that side of the court. I'm a big-time believer in Glory.
