God damn it, why aren't there any leaks!?! Zilch! Ugh.

Will R.Edsall bring in Paul Pasqualoni as DC ? Mack Brown on a ESPN telecast called him one great coach. Why stop there and just replace K.Ollie with Jim Calhoun.

If your going to bring back disgraced former UConn head coaches to save a buck or two why stop at one?

Considered Executive Band or Senior Executive Band probably.

This sounds like GE-er language. If you had posted EB/SEB, would've spewed my coffee across the room. :)

Jim Calhoun is disgraced? Shows what you know...

Seeing as this is a football forum and the topic is about the "football" head coaches staff I figured you were intelligent enough to know what I meant. Man was I wrong.

You may be right but if by chance Donnie Kirkpatrick is the new OC we might not hear about that until after the FCS championship game
which is being aired at noon this Saturday 1/7 on ESPN 2. For sure, Randy will instruct Donnie to fly back home with the team from Frisco TX! LOL! So if he is the one, maybe we find out after the game or Saturday night.
If the new OC is not announced tomorrow (Thursday), that is a pretty good indication that it is in fact Kirkpatrick and it will be announced after their game Saturday.
Even better would be if Sunday morning, (after JMU - Youngstown St and the Detroit - Seattle games have both ended) Athletic Director Dave is orchestrating a press conference where he and Head Coach Randy are introducing OC Donnie (Kirkpatrick), and DC Bo (Pelini).... BAM!

You quoted the post, not me. You made your bed.

Or if we don't hear by tomorrow and Kirkpatrick mysteriously gets on a different plane than the JMU team after their game without addressing anybody, we'll know what's up.

Seeing Breiner's name on Twitterverse.

Here's your Randy connection

BREINER'S PATH TO THE BRONX (HC at Fordham)

2006 — Lock Haven University, wide receivers coach

2007-08 — Allegheny College, quarterback and wide receivers coach

2009-11 — University of Connecticut, graduate assistant

2012-15 – Fordham University, quarterbacks coach, offensive coordinator, passing game coordinator.

If he were to bring the offense to life and we win, he would probably be in line to take over after Randy retires in 5 years (or less)

?? He was also predicting Moorhead as HC.

w UConn's OC/DC openings officially expiring today... OC/AHC: 100% Andrew Breiner- Edsall guy & ran Moorhead's O past 4 yrs; DC: Hank Hughes

If Bo Pelini is willing to come, I'd be happy to give him Edsall's job. Kikpatrick seems like a logical fit given his time at ECU.

Playing devil's advocate, he had the good fortune to have some extremely talented transfers (as many successful FCS programs do) If he is the coach, hopefully he can duplicate that, without having the same talent level.

Are you saying that you think that we have less talent than most FCS teams?
