I wish they could all lose, but barring that, what's Plan B?

This Duke team has 3 good losses. 2 of them at the beginning of the year.

So they could be 36-1 with 4 tournament blowouts, and they could be talking about an all time great team.

Of course this is what happens when you land 5 of the top 17 high school kids in the country.

I don’t want Auburn to win their games by double digits. They’re the only team left with only all double digit wins.

I just can’t believe Dook got 5.3% of the vote on this board.

Those who voted for Dook should be publicly shamed IMO.

That quickly went to 2.4% way to go BY.

I feel much better but we should still do the public shaming thing!

Up to 2.9% completely vomit worthy…….

Duke doesn't have 4 tournament blowouts. They beat Zona by 7 points and gave up 93 points to them.

Michigan State, Tennessee, and Florida won't beat Duke. Need Auburn and Houston to win today.

That game was a blowout early in the 2nd half. End score was cosmetic.
The game was a blowout early in the 2nd half and I thought Duke would win, but the end score was not cosmetic. Arizona had cut the lead to 6 points with 2:42 remaining and again to 5 points with 1:56 remaining. The game was in doubt generally speaking, even though in my mind I was sure Duke was winning. Duke fans were not feeling great at that moment.

When UConn defeated Duke in 2004, they were down 8 with 3 minutes left.

Houston's running away with the voting.

I wouldn't mind them - actually good to see them back in recent years after their long hiatus from the national spotlight since the Phi Slamma Jamma days. Kelvin Sampson's done a great job there. If I had to pick one, it would be them.

Going with TN but would be ok with Houston too. Would help the debate for a HOF induction for either coach, both with respectable careers/ programs.
After that, anyone but Duke.

I respect the hell out of the job Kelvin has done with the Houston program. They have the nation's longest streak of 5 consecutive years with a Sweet 16 appearance. They seem to be a perennial threat to advance to the Final Four as they earn high seeds for the NCAAT. Before they beat Gonzaga this year in the 2nd round, it was Gonzaga that had the longest streak with 9 straight if I am not mistaken.

I am not crazy about Auburn winning it all either. My 2nd choice would be Florida, but that doesn't exactly make me want to do the Gator chomp motion with my arms in excitement. Anyone but Duke is really my choice, but Duke looks fantastic and they are the best team IMO FWIW.

Sick of the “SEC best conference ever” mantra. So Houston taking care of Tennessee would be nice. I felt like the Duke/Alabama game was a wash because either one getting knocked out is a nice. Feel the same way about Mich St and Auburn, but I guess I would rather see Auburn knocked out. I do think Houston deserves a title.

anyone but Duke. I am tired of the hoopla around them. They are very good, but having the best player in the country doesn't hurt and Knepple is pretty damn good as well.
